Göteborg / Gothenburg Colourful Autumn

The city of Göteborg / Gothenburg in Sweden has had a beautiful autumn this year, the sky has been blue and the colours on the trees have been amazing and colourful as can be.

Lovely pictures! I especially love the second one with it's trees and reflections.

It has a certain "feel," like our Midwest style of fall. How cold does it get in the fall there?

I only recently learnt that fall is autumn, how bizarre we speak the same language but yet it's so different.

It was a nice crisp day that day, i like it when you go for a walk and feel the cold on your rosy red cheeks kicking all the leafs on the floor. It has been between 5-10c in the daytime but it's getting colder at night. (we are by the coast so it's slightly warmer than inland.

Thanks, Rich.

Our fall (autumn!) temperatures are about the same right now. I love the cooler weather, but we've had lots of rain and it has been quite drippy for a Michigan fall.

Interesting thing, we are also on the coast of our huge Lake Michigan and we're usually warmer than inland as well!

There hasn't been to much rain for a while now, just the odd day with a good pour but many blue skies.

I have been to Lake Michigan in Chicago and had a brilliant week there. Chicago was really impressive,I'd love to see places like a small town outside the big city also if I was to go back that way, see the real USA.
